This policy explains what Mediator SEO collects on mediatorseo.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: name, business name, trade, phone, email, city or ZIP, links to your website or Google profile, and any message.
- Billing details: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank account number. We receive a customer ID, payment method type, last four digits, and payment status.
- How you found us: campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM parameters, Google or Meta click IDs), the page you landed on, and the referring site.
- Usage data: pages viewed and clicks, through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, and ad measurement through the Meta Pixel. These use cookies or similar technology.
- Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person.
How we use it
- To reply to you, set up your service and send your onboarding form, reports, billing notices and reminders (email and text messages).
- To charge your subscription through Stripe.
- To understand which pages and ads bring people to us, and to show our ads to people who visited the site.
- To keep the site and forms secure.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run our business: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), our automation and operations tools, Google (Analytics), Meta (ad measurement), Cloudflare (spam protection) and Vercel (hosting).
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we text you about your sign-up, onboarding, reports and billing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop non-essential texts; billing notices may still come by email.
Your choices
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information: tornike@mediatortbilisi.com.
- You can block cookies in your browser, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Ad preferences can be managed in your Google and Meta account settings.
How long we keep it
Form submissions from people who don't become clients: up to 24 months. Client records and billing history: as long as required for tax and accounting.
Children
The site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above.
